Reflection:
After I finished my last interview, I found that people view me similarly to how I view myself. Most of my interviewees mentioned that I am hard working. A lot of the people that I interviewed mentioned that I am a loyal friend and family member. I agree, and would include it in my list to describe myself next time.
These are all great qualities to have!! It is also very important that you can recognize them for yourself! Great job
ReplyDeleteHi Haley, I really liked the characteristics that you described yourself as having. I think that I relate to some of those qualities as well, but maybe not all of them put together. I think that's what makes people unique and special - even if you have the same characteristics as another person, you will never have the same exact combination of characteristics that make up the formula that is you.
ReplyDeleteHaley, I really enjoyed listenig to your interviews. You manage to choose people that really know you and your characteristics. The characteristics that you described yourself as having were very on point and it is awesome that you were able to recohnize them. My favorite characteristic was hard-working. I believe that if someone is hard-worker, you can accomplish many things.

I think that the fact that your view of yourself being similar to what others think of you means that you're self-aware of how you're perceived by others - and I think that's an important skill to have. I also like that you managed to complete Part 1 with just single words in order to describe your best traits.

ReplyDeleteGreat job with your interviews. It is great that what you said was backed up by who you were interviewing because it helps to feel validation from your peers. I feel like all the traits were mentioned are definitely ideal to have when it comes to standing out amongst competition.
